The airplane-themed climbing structure here is genuinely one of the cooler setups you’ll find in Sacramento — kids go nuts for it, and it’s not just for show. There’s a zipline, slides, and enough climbing to wear out even the high-energy ones. Bring a ball because the basketball court and soccer field get good use, and the open grass gives younger kids (we’re talking the 2-and-under crowd trailing behind their siblings) plenty of room to roam without getting underfoot. Pack a lunch — there are picnic tables on site, and honestly this place is set up well for a full afternoon out.
