Playground

Three stories high — yeah, you read that right. This climbing structure in Grand Junction is legitimately one of the tallest I’ve seen at a public playground, and kids lose their minds over it. The obstacles are actually challenging, not that watered-down stuff you find at most spots, so older kids stay engaged instead of wandering off after five minutes. Toddlers have their own entry points too, so it works for the full range without anyone feeling left out. Whoever maintains this place deserves credit — it’s kept up better than a lot of newer parks around here.
