Honestly, for a neighborhood playground, Leeper Park punches above its weight. The equipment is newer and noticeably well-maintained — no rusted bolts or splintered edges, which parents around here genuinely appreciate. Kids aged 2 through 12 will find something to do, whether that’s the slides, the swings, or just running loose on the open grass field. It’s a solid spot, kept clean more consistently than a lot of South Bend’s other options.
