Denman Village Park

One of the better playgrounds in the newer suburbs, this one actually has some thought behind it — the astronomy theme runs through the whole space and kids genuinely notice it. There’s a flying fox, water play, climbing structures, tunnels, and musical gear, so kids of pretty much any age will find something to keep them busy. The sandbox and seesaw cover the younger ones while older kids make a beeline for the zipline. Shade, BBQs, picnic tables, and proper toilets mean you can realistically spend a few hours here without suffering. Denman Prospect doesn’t have a lot yet, but this park is doing its part.
