Fadden Pond Playground

If you live around Fadden, you already know this spot. The pond is the real drawcard — kids clock the ducks immediately and honestly half the visit ends up being about that rather than the actual play equipment. When they do make it over to the structure, the rope climbing and closed fort keep them busy for a solid stretch, and the slide gets a good workout too. Benches face out toward the water which is a nice touch, and the shade trees actually do their job on a hot afternoon. Best suited to primary school-aged kids who can handle the climbing without too much supervision.
