Honestly one of the better local parks in Harrison for a proper afternoon out — bring the sausages because the BBQ area actually gets used here. There’s a solid mix of equipment with slides, swings, a seesaw and climbing structure, so kids of different ages tend to stay entertained without anyone getting bored too quickly. The shade trees and covered seating make a real difference in summer, and the open grass field gives you room to kick a ball around or just let the little ones run. Keep an eye out for the artwork dotted through the park — it adds a bit of character you don’t always get at suburban playgrounds. Parking is easy, the neighbourhood is quiet, and it rarely feels overcrowded.
