Merriman Playground

Pretty classic Macarthur setup — nothing fancy, but the kids don’t seem to care. The frog spring hopper is a genuine hit with the little ones, and the climbing structure with its chain ladder keeps older kids busy for longer than you’d expect. There’s a metal slide that’s honestly a bit of a heat trap in summer, so earlier mornings are the way to go. A few benches sit under some decent shade trees, which makes it bearable for parents doing the waiting game. The bark flooring is old-school and a bit worn, but the paths around it are flat and easy to navigate with a pram.
