Spence Shops Playground

If you’ve got a toddler and you’re doing the Spence shops run, this little playground is genuinely handy to duck into. It’s fully fenced with a couple of safety gates, so you’re not chasing anyone onto the carpark while you blink. The shade sail does a solid job keeping the sun off, which matters more than people think once summer hits. There’s a slide and a seesaw — nothing flashy, but right-sized for the little ones, and the soft fall surface is decent underfoot. Grab a coffee from one of the nearby cafes and let them burn some energy before the drive home.
