Locals around Broadway know Victoria Park is genuinely one of the better spots to decompress without having to leave the city. The open grass field is decent-sized — enough room for kids to run properly or for you to throw down a blanket and actually relax. Shade trees do a solid job on hot days, and the walking path is well-used by everyone from uni students to retirees. Parking is available, which matters more than people admit when you’ve got little ones in tow.
