Carss Park Playground

The accessible paths here make it genuinely easy for everyone to get around, which isn’t something you can say about a lot of Sydney parkland spots. It backs onto bushland with proper trails if you want to stretch your legs after the kids have worn themselves out, and the open grass field gives them plenty of room to just run. Pack a lunch — the picnic tables get good use on weekends for a reason. Toilets on site, which always matters more than people admit when you’re planning a full day out.
