Right in the middle of town, this one’s genuinely handy if you’re already running errands around Lismore Square or visiting someone up at the Base Hospital. It’s the kind of park locals actually use rather than drive to — grab a coffee nearby and let the kids have a run around without making a whole day of it. The accessible setup means it works for most families, which you don’t always get with Lismore’s older green spaces. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point.
