Honestly one of the more underrated spots along the Mortlake foreshore. The all-wood climbing structure has a solid, natural feel that you don’t see at most playgrounds these days, and the water views make it genuinely worth the trip even if the kids aren’t that fussed about playing. Fire up one of the BBQs, grab a shaded bench, and you’ve got yourself a proper afternoon out. The walking path nearby means you can stretch your legs after lunch without having to get back in the car. Works for all ages — it’s the kind of place where grandparents and toddlers are equally comfortable.
