Henderson Park

Right on the Illawarra Highway, this little park is genuinely handy if you’re already in town running errands or grabbing lunch. The kids get a run around while you mentally tick off the shopping list — it works out nicely. Ages 2 to 12 are the sweet spot here, so younger school-age kids will get the most out of it. Worth knowing it’s not wheelchair accessible, so plan accordingly. Moss Vale’s shops and cafes are basically on your doorstep, which makes it easy to turn a quick stop into a proper outing.
