Lone Pine Park Playground

Locals know this one well — it’s the kind of park you end up at after school or on a slow weekend morning when the kids just need to burn off some energy. The climbing structure and swings keep the 3-to-9 crowd busy, and the sandbox is genuinely good for a dig around. Shade trees do actual work here, which you’ll appreciate come summer. The open grass field gives older kids room to kick a ball while parents do a lap on the walking path.
