Riverside Oval 1

Out in West Tamworth along the river flats, this oval is pretty much what you’d expect from a classic country sports ground — plenty of open grass and room to kick a ball around. It’s a solid spot if you’ve got kids who just need to burn off some energy. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Local families know it well, and on a good day the setting along the riverside makes it feel like a proper afternoon out.
