If you’ve got a kid obsessed with cricket or you’re trying to fix your batting before the season starts, this is your spot. The nets in Yagoona do exactly what they’re supposed to — give you a dedicated space to actually practice without booking a full oval. It’s right near the Fire and Rescue NSW station and a McDonald’s, so grabbing a feed before or after is easy enough. Pretty no-frills, but that’s kind of the point — locals just show up, get their reps in, and leave.
