Playground

Right next to Horseshoe Bay, this little playground is basically a bonus for families who are already down here for the beach. You’re a stone’s throw from the resort, so it works well as a wind-down spot when the kids need a break from the water but aren’t quite ready to leave. Bowen doesn’t get nearly enough credit as a family stop along the coast, and this is part of why locals rate it. Combine it with a swim at Horseshoe Bay and you’ve got a solid half-day sorted.
