Wirreanda Park playground

Locals know Wirreanda Park as one of those low-key spots that just does the job without any fuss. The open grass field is genuinely spacious — good for kicking a ball around or spreading out a picnic rug on a weekend morning. There’s a walking path that loops through nicely, and the whole area stays pretty quiet given it’s right in the middle of a residential pocket of Buderim. Parking is easy, which always helps when you’ve got kids or a pram in tow. Nothing flashy, just a solid community green space that the neighbourhood genuinely uses.
