Killarney Crescent Park Playground

Locals definitely sleep on this one — the creek path alone makes it worth the trip, and the playground is a solid bonus on top of that. Kids get slides, swings, and a climbing structure, all with decent shade so you’re not standing in full Queensland sun watching them play. Grab one of the covered picnic spots and you’ve got a proper afternoon sorted. The walking path along Tingalpa Creek is the real drawcard for the adults, especially if you want to stretch your legs while the little ones burn energy. Parking is easy, sightlines are good, and the open grass field gives older kids plenty of room to roam.
