Beryl Roberts Park Playground

Locals know this one as a proper chill spot — not the kind of park where it’s chaos on a Saturday morning, just a quiet neighbourhood green where you can actually hear yourself think. There’s a solid setup for a family arvo out: BBQ area, picnic tables, shade trees that do their job, and walking paths that are easy going for prams and wheelchairs. The open grass field is great for a kick around, and with a pond nearby it’s got that bit of nature about it without having to drive anywhere. Dogs are welcome too, which is always a bonus.
