Broadwater Ponds (Swimming)

The calm, shallow water here makes it one of the better spots on the Gold Coast for little kids who aren’t quite ready for the surf. It’s genuinely relaxed — no waves, no crowds pulling your attention in five directions. Fire up one of the BBQs after a swim, or walk straight over to the café or seafood restaurant right nearby. The playground keeps the younger ones busy while you actually get to sit down for a minute. Labrador locals know about this place, and honestly, that’s part of why it still feels so good.
