The whole playground has a nautical theme running through it — the climbing structure looks like something a tiny captain would approve of — and the sandpit is genuinely good, with tools and enough room for a few kids to get properly stuck in. It’s fully fenced, which matters a lot when your kid has zero road sense, and the sightlines are solid so you’re not chasing anyone behind bushes. The duck pond right next to it is a bonus — there are turtles in there if you’re patient enough to spot them. Quiet street, shade trees, picnic tables, easy parking — it does everything right for the under-fives crowd without being fancy about it.
