Nudgee Waterhole Reserve Playground

Pretty solid spot for a family arvo out — the playground itself is new and the undercover BBQ area is genuinely useful if you want to make a day of it. There’s a decent open grass field for the kids to run around on, which is hard to come by. Shade is a bit lacking away from the BBQ shelter though, so bring hats and sunscreen. And fair warning — the mozzies here are no joke, especially near the waterhole, so pack the repellent or you’ll regret it.
