Archer crescent park

If you haven’t made it out to this Preston park yet, you’re missing one of the better sunset spots in the area — the views from here are genuinely hard to beat. Kids gravitate straight to the zipline, and there’s a slide thrown in too, so they’re usually well occupied while the adults claim a BBQ and picnic table. The open grass field gives everyone room to spread out, and the basketball court gets a decent run on weekends. What I really like is that the park backs onto bush trails, so you can extend the afternoon into a proper walk once the sausages are done.
