Playground

Right on the edge of Lake Bonney, this spot has a lot going for it before you even look at the playground itself. The lake views make it worth the stop alone, and families tend to linger here longer than they planned. It’s wheelchair accessible, which isn’t something you can take for granted in smaller towns like Barmera. Good one to keep in mind if you’re doing a Riverland road trip and need somewhere the whole crew can stretch their legs.
