Big Slide Park

The big covered slide here is genuinely one of the better ones in the area — long enough that kids actually want to go back up and do it again. It’s part of Craigburn Farm’s open parkland, so there’s plenty of space to spread out, and the views from up top are worth mentioning. Pack a lunch because the shaded picnic tables make it a decent half-day stop, not just a quick visit. Best suited for kids in the 6-12 range who want something with a bit more challenge — the climbing structure keeps them busy once the slide novelty wears off.
