One of the better-kept spots in Craigmore, this reserve got a solid upgrade and it shows — the equipment’s modern, the outdoor gym actually gets used, and the basketball court is properly set up for a half-decent game. The open grass field gives kids room to run without being hemmed in, and the BBQ area means you can make a proper afternoon of it. What really makes it though is the deli next door — grab something before or after, it’s too convenient not to. Locals know about this one, and it’s worth the visit if you’re anywhere near the northern suburbs.
