If you’re in Gawler East and want somewhere the kids can burn off energy while you actually relax, this is the one. The climbing structure and slides keep the little ones busy, and the open grass field means they’ve got room to run when they’re done. Fire up the BBQ, grab a spot near the water, and you’ll probably end up staying longer than planned — the pond pulls in some decent water birds that genuinely keep the younger kids entertained. Works well from about two and a half years old, and it’s the kind of place locals come back to on weekends rather than driving somewhere flashier.
