Playground – Kilburn

Solid little local playground that does the job without any fuss. The open grass field next to it is genuinely useful — plenty of room for a kick around or just letting kids run themselves ragged. It’s well-kept, which isn’t always a given in smaller suburban spots, and the shade trees help, though a few extra shade nets over the equipment wouldn’t go astray on a hot South Australian day. Street parking is easy enough, and the general vibe is quiet and relaxed — more birds than noise, which makes it a decent choice if you want a peaceful afternoon out.
