If you’ve got kids who are obsessed with dinosaurs or Australian wildlife, this Newton spot will keep them busy for a solid afternoon. The sandpit has actual dinosaur bones buried in it for kids to excavate, which sounds simple but genuinely holds attention way longer than you’d expect. There’s also a maze to navigate and swings for when someone inevitably needs a break from all that digging. Best suited for the 3–10 crowd — younger kids love the animal statues scattered around, older ones get competitive about the maze.
