If you’re after a playground that actually feels like it belongs in nature rather than just sitting next to it, this one at O’Halloran Hill delivers. The climbing structures, tunnels, and slides keep kids between 2 and 14 genuinely busy, and the whole setup backs onto the national park trails so you can easily make a half-day of it. Parents get good sightlines throughout, there’s solid shade from mature trees, and the picnic tables and restrooms mean you’re not packing up the minute someone gets hungry or needs the loo. The open grass field gives younger kids room to just run, which honestly sells it for me as much as the equipment does.
