The shaded seating makes a real difference on hot days, and the slides and swings keep the 2–12 crowd pretty well occupied. There’s a basketball court for older kids to shoot around on, plus a walking path decorated with frog sculptures that little ones genuinely get a kick out of. Picnic tables mean you can actually sit down and eat like a normal person instead of balancing food on your lap. It’s a solid local spot that doesn’t try to be anything it’s not — just a reliable, shady park that works.
