Reid Reserve playground

If you live in Reid and somehow haven’t been to this reserve yet, sort that out. The playground punches well above its weight — there’s a flying fox, climbing tower, multiple slides, and swings, plus musical equipment that the little ones absolutely lose their minds over. Nature play elements like boulders and bark chips give kids something to do beyond the main structure, which is rare for a suburban reserve this size. When the kids need a break, the basketball court and bike track keep older ones busy while you grab a shaded picnic table. Honestly one of those spots where you plan to stay an hour and end up there half the day.
