Berriedale Bay Reserve

The lake views here are genuinely hard to beat, especially on a clear Tasmanian morning when the water is still. It’s become a bit of a local ritual for dog owners — there’s off-leash space, good paths, and enough room that even bigger dogs can stretch their legs properly. The walking and bike track loops around nicely, so you’re not just doing the same stretch back and forth. Ducks and swans hang around the water’s edge, which the kids love, though your dog might have other opinions about that.
