If you’re making the trip out to see the Legerwood Carved Memorial Trees — and honestly, you should — this park on Main Street is the natural place to stop and let the kids stretch their legs. It’s a proper community park, nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point out here. The kind of spot where you can actually slow down for a bit. Accessible and easy to navigate, it works well for families with different needs, which not every small-town park can claim.
