Elephant Walk

If you’re heading down to the Esplanade anyway, this spot is worth a stop. The elephant theming makes it stand out from your standard coastal park, and the paved paths mean it’s genuinely easy to get around with a pram or wheelchair. There’s plenty of open grass to kick a ball around or just let the kids run while you catch a sea breeze. It’s right near the beach, so you can tack it onto a surf check or a morning walk without going out of your way.
