Right on the river in Bassendean, this one’s a local favourite for good reason — the zipline and water play keep kids busy for hours, and there’s enough here for toddlers through to teens. Pack the esky because the BBQ area is solid, with picnic tables and shade trees that actually do the job on a hot Perth afternoon. The open grass field gives kids room to run between turns on the climbing structure and slides, and the walking path along the water is a nice bonus if you want to stretch your legs. Six toilet cubicles, parking on site, and benches scattered throughout mean you can genuinely settle in for the day without stressing the logistics.
