Locals with dogs basically run this place, and honestly it’s set up well for them — water fountain that works for both people and pups, poo bag dispensers, bins, the lot. The open grass field gives dogs (and kids) plenty of room to actually stretch out without feeling cramped. Shade trees dotted around make it bearable in the warmer months, and the restrooms are a bonus you don’t always get at reserves this size. It’s not flashy, but it’s genuinely one of the more practical spots in Bayswater if you’re after space and decent facilities.
