The bushland setting does a lot of the heavy lifting here — tall established trees keep things cool even in summer, and the whole vibe feels more like mucking around in the bush than your standard suburban playground. Little ones can dig around in the sandbox, tackle the climbing structure, or mess about with the water feature, while the log play elements give older toddlers and school-age kids something genuinely challenging to work through. There are benches for parents, which sounds basic but you’ll appreciate it when you’re settled in for the long haul. It backs onto trails too, so you can tack on a proper walk if the kids still have energy to burn.
