Honestly one of the better playgrounds in the Dalkeith area, and the all-abilities design actually means something here — the equipment is genuinely usable for kids with different needs, not just a token ramp. There’s a solid mix of slides, climbing gear, a zipline, merry-go-round, and a water feature that’ll keep kids busy for hours. The whole thing is enclosed, which takes a lot of the stress out of visits with little ones, and the shade trees plus covered seating mean you’re not roasting while you wait. BBQs and picnic tables are on-site, so it’s an easy spot to make a full afternoon of it. Parking, restrooms, and baby changing facilities are all there too — it’s well thought out from start to finish.
