Rannoch Reserve Playground

Not many people outside Hamersley know about this one, which is honestly fine by me. The water feature is the real drawcard — kids gravitate to it immediately and it keeps them busy way longer than a standard swing set would. Speaking of swings, they’ve got those too, plus enough open grass to kick a ball around or just let little ones run themselves tired. The walking path and bike track make it worth the trip even if the kids eventually lose interest in the playground itself. Good sightlines throughout, so you’re not constantly chasing anyone down — you can actually sit and breathe for a minute.
