Tralee Town Park Playground

Honestly, this is one of the better spots in Tralee for a family afternoon out — the playground sits right in the middle of the town park, so there’s loads going on beyond just the swings. Parents can keep an eye on the kids easily while grabbing a bench in the shade, and the fact that the toilets are actually there and usable makes a real difference. There’s a bike track and open grass that keeps older kids busy when they’ve had enough of the equipment. The walking paths loop around nicely, so it doubles as a decent leg-stretch for adults while the little ones burn off energy. It’s well kept, which isn’t something you can say about every council playground in Kerry, and it feels genuinely safe without being sterile.
