Killala Playground

A solid little spot in the heart of Killala that gets the job done for families with younger kids. The 2-12 age range is well catered for, and it’s the kind of place where local kids actually turn up regularly, which says something. Being right in the town means you can easily pair a visit with a walk down to the bay or a stop-off for food nearby. It’s accessible too, which matters more than people give credit for when you’re wrangling a buggy and a toddler at the same time.
