Locals keep this one in good shape, and it shows — the kind of spot where you can actually let the kids run off without worrying about the state of the place. For a town the size of Tubbercurry, Pairc Cairde punches above its weight. Nothing flashy, but that’s not really the point. It does the job, the kids enjoy it, and it’s well worth knowing about if you’re passing through Sligo.
