Duncannon Playground

Right on the edge of Duncannon beach, this spot has one of the better views you’ll find at any playground in Wexford — the kids barely notice because they’re too busy queuing for the zipline, but the parents definitely appreciate it. There’s a solid mix of slides, swings, and a climbing structure that keeps the younger ones well occupied, and the basketball court next door means older kids aren’t left kicking their heels. Parking is handy, which matters more than people admit when you’re hauling beach gear and toddlers at the same time. Worth timing a visit around low tide — the whole setting just looks the part.
