Free swimming in the middle of the city — that’s pretty hard to beat, honestly. La Punta del Barco is where locals actually go to cool off, not just tourists passing through. The shallow sections make it easy to bring little kids without stressing the whole time, and there’s enough depth variety that older visitors get something out of it too. It’s the kind of spot you end up at on a random Saturday and stay way longer than planned.
