Right in the middle of town, close to the Plaza Municipal and Presidencia Municipal, this is pretty much where Santa Cruz comes to be active. It’s the kind of place locals actually use, not just somewhere that looks good on a map. Worth knowing ahead of time that it’s not set up for wheelchair access, so keep that in mind if needed.
