Honestly, there’s not a whole lot documented about this spot, but it’s out in América, Tamaulipas, which already tells you something about the pace of life around here — slow, community-driven, the kind of place where kids make their own fun. If you’re in the Río Bravo area and stumbling across Brecha 9, you’re probably a local already.
