If you’re looking for room to actually breathe and let the kids run, this is one of the better spots in the city for it. The open grass field is genuinely spacious — not some sad strip of lawn, but the kind of space where a game of fútbol or a family picnic actually makes sense. It’s in Colonia Viveros, close to the zoo and the theater, so you can easily string together a full day out without much driving around. The place really comes alive during charro events, but honestly even on quieter days it’s worth the trip if you just need some outdoor space without a lot of hassle.
