Te Rangi Hiroa Youth Park Adventure Playground

The BMX track here is genuinely one of the better ones in Auckland — it gets a solid crowd of kids on weekends and you can tell it was designed by someone who actually thought about flow. Beyond that, there’s a climbing structure that keeps younger ones busy while older kids do laps on the bikes. Benches are dotted around so you’re not standing the whole time, and the BBQ area makes it easy to turn a quick visit into a proper afternoon out. Good for a wide range of ages, which isn’t always easy to pull off.
